Terms and Conditions

Last updated: October 18, 2026

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the KaspaRocket website, interface and related services. Please read them carefully. By connecting a wallet to KaspaRocket or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

Key points — please read

Tokens launched on KaspaRocket are highly speculative. You may lose all the funds you commit. Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible.

Sniping with bots, scripts or other automated tools is strictly prohibited. Funds used in prohibited sniping may be permanently lost and may never be recovered.

Hateful content, harassment, child sexual abuse material, scams and other unlawful content are forbidden and will be removed.

KaspaRocket does not provide investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and a listing or promotion on KaspaRocket is not an endorsement.

1. Definitions

1.1 In these Terms:

  • “KaspaRocket”, “we”, “us” or “our” means the person or persons who operate the Platform, as described in Section 2.
  • “Platform” means the KaspaRocket website, its user interface, its application programming interfaces, its software development kit and the related services we make available.
  • “Kaspa Network” means the independent, public Kaspa blockchain, which KaspaRocket does not own, operate or control.
  • “Token” means a digital token created on the Kaspa Network, including through the Platform.
  • “Token Creator” means the user who creates or launches a Token through the Platform.
  • “Smart Contract” means the on-chain scripts (covenants) used by the Platform, including the token, liquidity pool and order (escrow) contracts.
  • “Wallet” means any software or device used to hold the keys that control Kaspa Network addresses, whether provided by a third party or by KaspaRocket (the KaspaRocket Pro Wallet).
  • “Content” means any name, ticker, description, image, link, comment, promotional material or other information submitted to the Platform.
  • “Sniping” has the meaning given in Section 6.
  • “You” or “User” means any person who accesses or uses the Platform.

2. About KaspaRocket

2.1 KaspaRocket is a token launchpad for the Kaspa Network. It provides an interface that allows users to create, launch, discover, trade and promote Tokens.

2.2 KaspaRocket is not currently operated through an incorporated company or other registered legal entity. It is operated by the individual or individuals who run the Platform. Nothing in these Terms should be read as stating that KaspaRocket is a registered company, and the absence of a company does not by itself remove any legal or regulatory obligation that may apply to its operators.

2.3 The following are distinct and must not be confused:

  • the Platform, which is the interface and services operated by KaspaRocket;
  • the Kaspa Network, an independent public blockchain that processes and records transactions;
  • Tokens, which are created by Token Creators and are not issued, sponsored or guaranteed by KaspaRocket;
  • Token Creators and other users, who act on their own behalf; and
  • third-party services such as wallets, block explorers, bots and social networks.

2.4 KaspaRocket is not a bank, broker, exchange, investment adviser or custodian of user funds, and does not claim to hold any licence, registration or regulatory approval.

3. Acceptance and Eligibility

3.1 By connecting a Wallet to the Platform, creating a Token, trading, submitting Content or otherwise using the Platform, you accept these Terms.

3.2 You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3.3 You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform, and of digital assets generally, is lawful where you live or from where you access the Platform, including with regard to sanctions, tax and financial regulation. You must not use the Platform if doing so is unlawful for you.

3.4 We may restrict access to the Platform, in whole or in part, where required by law or where reasonably necessary to address legal, security or abuse risks.

4. Non-Custodial Model and Token Creation

4.1 Trading is non-custodial. When you buy, sell or place an order, the transaction is built by the Platform and signed by you, with your own Wallet. KaspaRocket does not hold your private keys and cannot move the funds held in your Wallet.

4.2 Orders are held by Smart Contracts. Funds or Tokens you commit to a limit order or a liquidity pool are locked in a Smart Contract on the Kaspa Network, not in an account held by KaspaRocket. They are released only under the conditions written into that Smart Contract.

4.3 Token creation involves a temporary deposit. To create a Token, you send a deposit to a single-use address generated and controlled by the Platform for that creation. The Platform uses that deposit to deploy the Token and its liquidity pool on the Kaspa Network, makes the initial purchase of the Token on your behalf as shown in the creation flow, and sends the remaining balance of the deposit to the KaspaRocket treasury as the creation fee. During this short process, and only for this purpose, the deposit is controlled by the Platform.

4.4 The KaspaRocket Pro Wallet is a self-custody wallet that runs in your browser. Your private key is generated or imported locally and is not sent to our servers. You alone are responsible for backing it up; if you lose it, we cannot recover it or the assets it controls.

4.5 Transactions are processed by the Kaspa Network, not by KaspaRocket. Once confirmed, they generally cannot be reversed, cancelled or modified by anyone, including us. Always verify the details shown in your Wallet before you approve a transaction.

5. Fees, Promotions and Refunds

5.1 Several different charges may apply to your use of the Platform:

  • Platform fees, charged by KaspaRocket for its services: a token creation fee (the deposit described in Section 4.3, minus the costs it covers), a fee on trades executed through the Platform’s liquidity pools and order books, and the price of promotional services such as featured placement or card skins.
  • Kaspa Network fees, paid to the network to process transactions. They are not received by KaspaRocket and can vary with network load.
  • Third-party fees, charged by wallets, bots, integrators or other services you choose to use. Where a third-party service uses the KaspaRocket SDK, part of the platform fee or an additional fee may be paid to that third party.

5.2 How fees are collected. Trading fees are paid as a dedicated output of the trade transaction itself, sent to the KaspaRocket treasury address, and are enforced by the Smart Contracts, which reject any trade that does not pay at least the minimum fee they define. Creation fees are collected as described in Section 4.3. Promotional services are paid by a transfer to a Platform address.

5.3 Applicable fees and prices are displayed in the interface, or in your Wallet, before you approve a fee-bearing transaction. We may change our fees for future transactions; fees that are written into a deployed Smart Contract apply to that contract as written.

5.4 Fees compensate KaspaRocket for providing the Platform. Paying a fee does not guarantee the success, liquidity, price or market performance of any Token, nor any financial return.

5.5 Promotions. A paid promotion entitles you only to the specific service described at the time of purchase (for example, featured placement for a stated duration). It does not guarantee traffic, buyers, liquidity, investor interest or price appreciation. A paid promotion is advertising: it is not an endorsement, verification or recommendation of the promoted Token by KaspaRocket. We may refuse or end any promotion that violates these Terms.

5.6 Refunds. Because blockchain transactions are irreversible, network fees can never be refunded, and platform fees paid on-chain cannot be reversed automatically. If a paid service is not delivered because of a fault on our side, contact us through the channels in Section 19 and we will review your request in good faith. This Section does not limit any mandatory refund or withdrawal right you may have under applicable consumer law.

6. Prohibition of Sniping and Unfair Automated Trading

6.1 Sniping is strictly prohibited. This is a fundamental rule of the Platform, not a recommendation. You must not use bots, scripts, automated trading systems or any other automated mechanism to buy newly launched Tokens, or to exploit launch mechanics, in order to gain an unfair advantage over ordinary users (“Sniping”).

6.2 Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:

  • using bots or automated scripts to buy newly launched Tokens faster than ordinary users;
  • sending automated transactions designed to exploit launch timing or to obtain priority access;
  • using multiple wallets, coordinated transactions or automated wallet systems to get around anti-sniping measures;
  • exploiting technical vulnerabilities, transaction ordering, launch mechanisms or Platform functionality to gain an unfair advantage;
  • using third-party bots or services to snipe on your behalf;
  • attempting to conceal, disguise or circumvent prohibited automated activity; and
  • otherwise interfering with fair participation in Token launches.

6.3 The prohibition applies whether the tool is built by you, bought, rented, obtained from a third party or operated by another person on your behalf.

6.4 What is not Sniping. Ordinary manual trading is not prohibited, nor is the use of wallets or integrations that simply build and submit transactions you initiate. The prohibition targets automated tools used to gain an unfair advantage over ordinary users, in particular at or around Token launches.

6.5 Enforcement. To the extent technically possible and legally permitted, we may:

  • refuse to build, relay or display transactions through the Platform for wallets or users suspected of Sniping;
  • restrict or suspend access to Platform services, including Token creation and promotion;
  • remove associated Content or listings;
  • restrict repeat offenders from using the Platform;
  • investigate suspected abuse using the technical information available to us; and
  • report suspected unlawful conduct to competent authorities where legally required or appropriate.

6.6 Anti-sniping measures and decoy tokens. To protect fair launches, the Platform may deploy Tokens that are not intended for trading and are not shown to ordinary users of the interface (“decoy tokens”). A decoy token is a real Token on the Kaspa Network, but it is not listed, supported or promoted by KaspaRocket and may have no market. KaspaRocket may buy a decoy token at its launch and sell its entire position back to the liquidity pool shortly afterwards, which can sharply lower its price. Anyone who buys a Token that is not displayed on the Platform, including by monitoring the blockchain with automated tools, does so entirely at their own risk.

6.7 Permanent loss of funds. By engaging in Sniping you acknowledge that:

  • the funds involved may be permanently lost or become inaccessible, up to the entire amount used;
  • blockchain transactions generally cannot be reversed;
  • KaspaRocket does not guarantee, and will not provide, recovery or reimbursement of funds lost through prohibited activity; and
  • a transaction that succeeds on-chain does not protect you from enforcement under these Terms.

6.8 KaspaRocket cannot seize assets held in wallets it does not control, and cannot reverse confirmed blockchain transactions. We do not guarantee that every bot can be detected or that every prohibited transaction can be prevented. We aim to apply these rules consistently and in good faith.

7. User-Generated Tokens and Content

7.1 You may create Tokens and submit Content such as names, tickers, descriptions, images, links and comments. You are solely responsible for the Content you submit, publish or promote, and for ensuring that it is lawful, accurate, non-infringing and compliant with these Terms.

7.2 You must hold all rights and permissions needed to use the names, logos, images, photographs, videos, music, text and other material you submit.

7.3 The creation, listing or promotion of a Token on the Platform is not an endorsement, verification, audit or guarantee by KaspaRocket of that Token, its creator or its claims.

7.4 Disclosure by Token Creators. Token Creators must not make false or misleading statements about a Token, including about its utility, supply, ownership, team, partnerships, liquidity or expected returns, and should disclose material conflicts of interest, such as significant holdings controlled by them or by related persons, and any paid promotion of the Token by them or on their behalf.

8. Prohibited Content and Conduct

8.1 You must not submit, publish, promote or distribute through the Platform any unlawful, abusive, deceptive, exploitative or otherwise prohibited Content, or engage in prohibited conduct. This applies to every type of Content: Token names, tickers, images, logos, descriptions, links, comments and promotional material.

8.2 Hate speech, discrimination and harassment

  • racist, antisemitic, xenophobic, homophobic or other hateful content;
  • content promoting hatred, discrimination or violence against individuals or groups;
  • threats, intimidation, stalking, harassment and targeted abuse;
  • doxxing, or publishing private information to threaten or harass someone;
  • glorification of, recruitment for or propaganda for terrorist organisations or violent extremist movements; and
  • content encouraging violence or serious harm against individuals or communities.

8.3 Child sexual abuse and exploitation — zero tolerance

Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualised depictions of minors, and any content that exploits, grooms, endangers or sexualises children, or that solicits, distributes, promotes or facilitates the sexual exploitation or trafficking of minors, are absolutely prohibited, with no exception, in any form whatsoever. We will remove or disable access to such content immediately, restrict the responsible user’s access, preserve relevant information where legally required, and report suspected offences to the competent authorities as required by applicable law.

8.4 Graphic, shocking and disturbing content

  • gratuitously graphic images of death, mutilation, torture or extreme violence;
  • shock images intended to traumatise, intimidate or disgust;
  • content glorifying real-world atrocities or encouraging violent acts;
  • illegal pornography and non-consensual intimate images;
  • sexual blackmail, revenge pornography and exploitative sexual content; and
  • content encouraging suicide, self-harm or dangerous acts.

We may also restrict other disturbing or inappropriate material that is unsuitable for a general audience.

8.5 Fraud, scams and deceptive promotion

  • phishing, wallet-draining schemes and malicious links;
  • impersonation of individuals, projects, exchanges or organisations;
  • fake partnerships, fabricated endorsements and fraudulent promotional claims;
  • deliberately misleading statements about a Token's utility, supply, ownership, liquidity or expected returns;
  • fraudulent giveaways, investment scams and deceptive fundraising, including planned abandonment of a Token after raising funds (“rug pulls”);
  • malware, or any attempt to obtain private keys or seed phrases; and
  • wash trading, artificial volume and coordinated market manipulation.

A Token that loses value, fails or is unsuccessful is not in itself fraud. This Section targets deliberate deception, not ordinary market risk.

8.6 Intellectual property and privacy

  • copyright or trademark infringement, including unauthorised use of protected logos;
  • unauthorised use of another person's name, likeness or identity; and
  • publication of personal information without a lawful basis, or other breaches of privacy or confidentiality.

8.7 Illegal activities and Platform abuse

  • any Content or activity that violates applicable law;
  • money laundering, terrorist financing or other unlawful financial activity;
  • exploiting vulnerabilities, or bypassing technical restrictions, of the Platform or its Smart Contracts;
  • spam, malicious automation and activity that disrupts the Platform or overloads its infrastructure;
  • attempts to evade moderation, sanctions or anti-sniping measures; and
  • using the Platform to facilitate unlawful transactions or deceptive schemes.

9. Content Moderation and Enforcement

9.1 We may reject, remove, hide, restrict or disable access to any Token listing, image, description, link, comment, promotion or other Content that violates these Terms, applicable law or our published policies.

9.2 Depending on the circumstances, we may:

  • refuse to publish Content, or remove it from the interface;
  • reject or end promotional campaigns;
  • restrict or suspend access to Platform services, and block repeat offenders where technically possible;
  • investigate credible reports of illegal or abusive activity;
  • preserve or disclose information where legally required; and
  • report suspected illegal activity to competent authorities where appropriate or legally required.

9.3 We may act immediately and without prior notice where necessary to protect users, address serious abuse, prevent harm, preserve security or comply with the law. Where reasonably practicable, we will inform you of significant enforcement decisions affecting you and give you a way to request a review (Section 19).

9.4 Removal is limited to our interface. Hiding or removing a Token from the Platform does not delete the Token, its Smart Contracts or its transactions from the Kaspa Network, which are public and permanent. Such a Token may remain accessible through other tools. We cannot erase information recorded on the blockchain, copies held by third parties, or content hosted elsewhere.

10. Fairness and Transparency

10.1 Fair treatment of users is a core principle of KaspaRocket. We aim to:

  • communicate our fees and rules clearly;
  • apply our moderation and anti-sniping rules consistently;
  • not grant undisclosed advantages to selected users;
  • not mislead users about the safety, popularity, liquidity or performance of any Token, nor imply that a Token has been audited, endorsed or verified when it has not;
  • make reasonable efforts to keep the interface working as intended;
  • address credible reports of fraud, abuse and security vulnerabilities, and handle enforcement decisions in good faith; and
  • explain material changes to our rules where reasonably practicable.

10.2 Fairness does not mean that every user will obtain the same price, transaction timing, visibility, liquidity or financial result. Network conditions differ between users, and we cannot prevent all manipulation by independent third parties.

10.3 Promoted placements and card skins are paid features and are identified as such in the interface.

11. Token Risks and Financial Disclaimer

11.1 Tokens created, listed or promoted through the Platform are highly speculative. They may have no intrinsic value, limited or no utility, and insufficient liquidity or no secondary market. You may lose 100% of the funds you commit to a Token.

11.2 In particular:

  • Token prices can fluctuate dramatically or fall to zero;
  • Token Creators may abandon their projects or stop communicating;
  • Tokens may be difficult or impossible to sell, and liquidity may disappear;
  • Token Creators or third parties may provide false or incomplete information;
  • Smart Contracts, wallets, applications and blockchain infrastructure may contain bugs or vulnerabilities;
  • transactions may fail, be delayed, or execute at unfavourable prices, especially when the network is congested;
  • you may lose funds because of scams, malicious software, technical failures or your own error; and
  • past performance does not guarantee future results.

11.3 Smart Contract risk. The Smart Contracts used by the Platform are public and run autonomously on the Kaspa Network. Once deployed they generally cannot be modified, paused or corrected, including by us. The Kaspa Network’s covenant functionality is recent technology. A defect in a Smart Contract or in the network may result in loss of funds.

11.4 Nothing on the Platform constitutes investment, financial, legal, accounting or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any Token. You are responsible for evaluating the risks and should never commit funds you cannot afford to lose. You are responsible for any taxes due on your transactions.

11.5 The legal and regulatory classification of Tokens and of token-related services varies between jurisdictions and may change. We make no representation that any Token is, or is not, subject to financial regulation.

12. Wallet Security and Irreversible Transactions

12.1 You are solely responsible for protecting your Wallet, private keys, seed phrases, devices and transaction approvals. Never share your private key or seed phrase with anyone. KaspaRocket will never ask for them.

12.2 We cannot recover, and are not responsible for, assets lost because of:

  • lost private keys or seed phrases;
  • phishing, wallet-draining scams, malware or compromised devices;
  • transfers to incorrect addresses;
  • failures of third-party wallets, bots or services; or
  • user error or unauthorised access outside our control.

12.3 Transactions on the Kaspa Network are public and may be permanently visible. Once confirmed, they generally cannot be modified, erased or reversed, and the assets involved cannot be recovered by us.

13. Intellectual Property and Content Licence

13.1 You keep ownership of the Content you lawfully own. By submitting Content, you grant KaspaRocket a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, technically process and distribute it, solely as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, moderate and promote the Platform and the Tokens listed on it.

13.2 This licence ends when the Content is removed from the Platform, except for copies kept in routine backups for a limited time, copies we must keep to comply with the law or to handle a dispute, and information that is recorded on the Kaspa Network, which cannot be removed.

13.3 Using the Platform does not give KaspaRocket ownership of your Tokens, private keys or other assets.

13.4 The KaspaRocket name, logo and interface design belong to their respective owners and may not be used to impersonate KaspaRocket or to suggest an endorsement. The source code of our Smart Contracts is publicly available; its reuse is governed by the licence, if any, stated in its repository.

14. Third-Party Services

14.1 The Platform interacts with or links to third-party services, including wallets, block explorers, Kaspa Network nodes, bots and integrations using our SDK, social networks and websites. We do not control these services and do not guarantee their accuracy, availability, security or conduct.

14.2 You use third-party services at your own risk and subject to their own terms. We do not guarantee the safety or performance of any third-party trading bot or automated tool. The use of such a tool for Sniping remains prohibited under Section 6.

15. Availability, Changes and Discontinuation

15.1 The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that the Platform will operate indefinitely.

15.2 We may modify, suspend, restrict or discontinue all or part of the Platform for technical, operational, security, legal or other legitimate reasons. Where reasonably practicable, we will announce material changes in advance.

15.3 If the interface is suspended or discontinued, Tokens, Smart Contracts and transactions already recorded on the Kaspa Network are not affected and remain on the blockchain, but you may need other tools to interact with them.

16. Limitation of Liability

16.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KaspaRocket and its operators are not liable for any loss or damage arising from:

  • declines in Token prices or other market losses;
  • lack of liquidity or the inability to sell a Token;
  • failed, delayed or irreversible transactions;
  • losses suffered in connection with prohibited Sniping or automated trading, including the purchase of decoy tokens;
  • third-party wallets, bots, nodes and services;
  • false or misleading statements made by Token Creators or other users;
  • interruptions or failures of the Kaspa Network, internet infrastructure or hosting providers;
  • phishing, compromised devices or user error; or
  • the impossibility of removing or reversing information recorded on a public blockchain.

16.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or opportunity.

16.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or gross negligence, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any mandatory rights you have as a consumer.

17. Indemnification

17.1 To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to compensate KaspaRocket and its operators for reasonable losses, damages and costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from third-party claims caused by your unlawful Content, your infringement of the rights of others, your fraud, or your material breach of these Terms. This obligation applies only to the extent the loss is caused by you, and does not apply where mandatory consumer law prevents it.

18. Privacy and Data Protection

18.1 Kaspa Network addresses and transactions are public. Anyone can see the transactions made from an address, including those made through the Platform.

18.2 To provide the Platform, we process the data you make available to it, including your public Wallet address, the messages you sign to authenticate, the Content you submit (such as Token information, images and comments), and technical information such as the requests sent to our servers. The interface stores a small amount of information in your browser, such as which Wallet you last connected. We do not use advertising trackers.

18.3 Third-party services you use with the Platform, such as Wallets, nodes or social networks, may collect information independently, under their own privacy policies.

18.4 If you are in the European Union or another jurisdiction with data protection laws, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability with respect to your personal data, subject to the limits explained in Section 9.4 for information recorded on the blockchain. You can exercise these rights through the channels in Section 19. A separate Privacy Policy may supplement this Section.

19. Reporting, Complaints and Appeals

19.1 You can contact us and report a problem through our official channels: Telegram and X (@KaspaRocket). KaspaRocket will never contact you first to ask for funds, private keys or seed phrases.

19.2 Please use these channels to report:

  • illegal content, and in particular child sexual abuse or exploitation;
  • hate speech and harassment;
  • scams, impersonation and fraudulent Tokens;
  • intellectual property infringement (identify the protected work, the Content concerned, and your right to act);
  • Sniping and other violations of Section 6; and
  • security vulnerabilities in the Platform or its Smart Contracts.

19.3 We review reports and take proportionate action based on the information available. Please provide the Token or Wallet address and any relevant transaction identifiers.

19.4 Security vulnerabilities. If you discover a vulnerability, report it to us privately and give us reasonable time to address it before any public disclosure. Do not exploit it beyond what is strictly necessary to demonstrate it, and do not access or move funds that are not yours.

19.5 Appeals. If you believe a moderation or enforcement decision affecting you is wrong, contact us with the details. We will review the decision in good faith and tell you the outcome where reasonably practicable.

20. General Provisions

20.1 Changes to these Terms. We may amend these Terms. The updated version takes effect when it is published on this page, as shown by the “Last updated” date, and applies to your use of the Platform from that point on. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to announce them. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform.

20.2 Applicable law. These Terms are governed by the law applicable under the relevant rules of private international law. Nothing in these Terms deprives you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, or of your right to bring proceedings before the courts that are competent under that law.

20.3 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force, and the affected provision is applied to the maximum extent permitted.

20.4 No waiver. Our failure or delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

20.5 Assignment. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our consent. We may transfer ours to a successor operator of the Platform, including a legal entity formed to operate it, provided your rights are not reduced as a result.

20.6 Force majeure. We are not responsible for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including failures of the Kaspa Network, network attacks, failures of hosting or internet providers, natural disasters or acts of public authorities.

20.7 Electronic communications. You agree that we may communicate with you electronically, including through notices on the Platform and our official channels.

20.8 Survival. Sections 6, 9.4, 11, 12, 13, 16, 17 and 20, and any other provision that by its nature should survive, continue to apply after you stop using the Platform.

20.9 Entire agreement. These Terms, together with any policy or notice they refer to, form the agreement between you and KaspaRocket regarding the Platform. If a separate policy conflicts with these Terms, these Terms prevail unless the policy expressly states otherwise. The English version of these Terms is the reference version.

Annex — Short Notices

The following short notices summarise key rules. They may also appear elsewhere on the Platform. They do not replace the full Terms above.

Risk Warning

Tokens on KaspaRocket are highly speculative and may be illiquid, abandoned or fraudulent. You may lose all the funds you commit. Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible: check every detail before you sign. Nothing on KaspaRocket is financial advice. Sniping with bots or automated tools is prohibited.

Content Policy

Do not submit hateful, discriminatory or harassing content, child sexual abuse material or any sexualised content involving minors, shocking or excessively violent content, scams, impersonation, unlawful content, or material that infringes someone else’s intellectual property. KaspaRocket may reject or remove any content that breaks these rules and may restrict the accounts responsible.

Anti-Sniping Notice

Sniping bots and other automated tools used to gain an unfair advantage at token launches are strictly forbidden on KaspaRocket. Violations may lead to access restrictions and other lawful measures. Funds used in prohibited sniping, including on tokens that are not displayed on KaspaRocket, may be permanently lost and may never be recovered.
